These people work in secret...and they hate it when they are discovered. They can go to extensive measures to silence people. Smaller numbers are silenced by bullets. Large numbers are silenced by destroying entire ships. If you inform the entire fleet about The Trust...you are risking a very ruthless retaliation. You are better off giving orders which require that you be informed of anything and everything. This way...you can actually minimize any potential fallout. The Trust will only strike when they have reason to strike. Do not needlessly antagonize them. Burke paused.
