Fireteam remained in the phantom, upside-down, on the other side of Carver. When the Venture Capitalist began firing, they all began questioning everything going on. Neither Cadieux or Robertson said a thing, but they hoped whatever it was, was friendly. Robertson continued making his contraption. He decided after the unknown sound of ship fire, that a comm unit would be more helpful than a distress beacon. He had spent many more minutes piecing it together until he got static. Robertson: "I finally got it working." His tone remained unenthusiastic. The odds of survival were beginning to stack up against the group of five and it became apparent to Robertson. He then began radioing on all UNSC channels. Robertson: "This is Sergeant Frazer Robertson of ODST Fireteam Harmony. I have three severely injured soldiers with me and are requesting an evac. If any forces in the area can hear this, we are in the phantom that came crashing through the sky into the city. Again, I repeat." Robertson continued repeating as she was doing her best to prevent Axlon from bleeding out. She didn't have much in the way of anything to keep the bleeding suppressed other than her hands. She also knew Axlon wouldn't survive long without proper medical supplies.
