th'Zarath: "Take us in, one quarter impulse." The Heart of the Aenar moved forward at a slow, but steady pace. He wasn't going to rush ahead and carelessly throw lives away. The rest of the fleet followed suit matching pace with the Heart of the Aenar. When the Aenar was 20,000 km from the Klingon fleet, th'Zarath resumed ordering commands. th'Zarath: "Have the Defiants and Sabers head in. Launch the Perigrines to escort them. When in range, fire at will." The Defiant-class escorts and the Saber-class escorts charged forward. th'Zarath was completely unaware that this was what S'kaelz wanted and anticipated. The rest of the Federation fleet moved forward waiting for the 10,000 km mark to open fire.
