The New! Halo RPG Alias: NHRPG Style: Freeform, Forum-Based Status: Active Current Part: Part 11 Current Year: 2555 The New! Halo RPG (NHRPG) The New! Halo RPG is a fan-created role play based in the Halo universe of lore. As such, the NHRPG is considered fanon, and is not considered canon. Despite this, as a general rule, the NHRPG makes every attempt to maintain some respect for the actual canon of the Halo lore by maintaining key concepts and fundamental ideas, while extrapolating on minor ideas and concepts. Due to various circumstances, the NHRPG can be best described as an "Alternate Universe", with some minor and some major differences in the way that the time-line has progressed. As with the concept of "alternate universes", some concepts remain the same, while other concepts are fundamentally different. This is explored in more detail further into this article.
