[Naked Crook]

Cameron: What I think will happen is little more than valueless conjecture. All that matters is what DOES happen, not what I think will happen. Cameron paused. Cameron: Let's not focus on conjecture unless we really have to, and let's keep the small talk to a minimum. Let's stay focused on the job at hand. Cameron paused again. He looked at Sergai. Cameron: Alright? Meanwhile: The King Raven had fired a full volley of Shiva warheads and scored direct hits on the lead Covenant Cruiser, just as The Mind's Attrition had finished its volley. The shields of the Cruiser were heavily reduced, and about to collapse Tactical Officer: Sir...heavy damage to enemy shields. The shields on the lead cruiser are about to fail. The Tactical Officer paused. Tactical Officer: Cycling weapons...readying Archer missiles. Burke: Fire at will. The King Raven fired a full barrage of Archer Missiles at the leader cruiser, finally bringing the shields down on the Cruiser. Tactical Officer: Shields are down sir... The Tactical Officer paused. Tactical Officer: SIr...I am reading a buildup of energy coming from the lead cruiser. It is getting ready to fire. Burke: Evasive maneuvers. Break us off, and move us away. Push all power into the engines and put as much distance between us and those cruisers as possible. Bring point defenses online, and brace for multiple impacts. The King Raven broke off from it's attack vector, and moved away at best possible speeds, trying to avoid the fire from the led cruiser. Burke: Signal The Mind's Attrition...tell them to fire at will...tell them we will keep their reticals as long as possible.
