Weapons: Assault Rifle - Battle Rifle Back story: Troy Miles, born 2520 on the planet of Arcadia, was always yearning for adventure. His parents were both workers in the city, as they had a nice house inside Pirth City, the main capital of Arcadia. Troy's family had lived on Arcadia since it was founded in 2429, as the Miles name was known. Troy always went away with friends, visiting the forests in Arcadia with his friends. He always tried to do something new and exciting each and every day. Troy lived a comfortable life on Arcadia, until early 2531, when Arcadia is invaded by Covenant forces in the First Battle of Arcadia. It is here, amidst the destruction of Troy's home that he sees what the war has done. Thousands die in the first hour, and by the end, more than two million have perished. Including his entire family. He is the last Miles to carry on the name. Forced the leave Arcadia behind, Troy retreated to an evacuation center, catching a ride on one of the transports and making his way towards Paradise Lost, a UNSC Colony world. Here, he lived for the next few years. Forced out of his comfortable life into an unknown world and fighting for himself, Troy adapted quickly to his new life. At 17, with only a small shack to his name and the war with the Covenant escalating quickly, Troy joined the UNSC. He was transferred to Reach in 2538, escaping the Battle of Paradise Lost and probably his own death. Troy trained for months, and was offered a position as an ODST after completion of his training. He accepted and was forged into an ODST by 2540. Chain of Command: UNSC [/SHEET] Suicide Squad Gunnery Sergeant William Folee [SHEET] Name: William Folee Sex: M Age: 27 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Gunnery Sergeant Traits: 6’4” – 230 pounds – Short black hair – Muscular – Brown eyes. Weapons: Shotgun, Socom, rocket launcher Back story: William Folee was forced into the UNSC at 17 years old, leaving Earth behind. He was an orphan and lived on the streets for most of his life. Since 15 years old, his criminal record grew until he had two choices, prison for the rest of his life, or the UNSC. Folee chose the UNSC and grew very interested in explosives. He became an expert on most types, studying them and always packing something into the heat of battle. At 23, he was drafted into the UNSC ODST corps and assigned to the “suicide squad.” The “Suicide Squad” dropped into hot enemy lines and would cause as much havoc as possible before being pulled out. 95% of their missions ended with a death. Folee is currently serving with the "Suicide Squad." Forced into it at age 21, Athios quickly became known as the obnoxious leader of the Killers. Athios was an orphan and grew up learning to never trust anyone on New Harmony. His story is seldom told to many, but what Athios is known for is the murder and slaughter of over 57 suspected insurrectionists during the year 2529. The UNSC didn’t know what to do with him, however they noticed his determination and willingness to die for humanity and his fellow citizens and decided to put him into the force, making him one of the first members of the Suicide Squad, the others have long since perished. Athios has accepted the position of being the leader and hopes to lead the men under his command to “Honor under the sword.” Chain of Command: UNSC - ODST "Suicide Squad" [/SHEET] Sergeant Paul Cross [SHEET] Name: Paul Cross Sex: M Age: 28 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Sergeant Traits: 5’11” – Muscular, Tattoos all over, enraged by aliens, overly vengeful in battle Weapons: Battle Rifle – SMG Back story: Paul Cross was born in 2512 to a druggie mother and alcoholic father on an Insurrectionist base located on an asteroid. In 2513, his sister, Jaclyn was born. Cross grew up on the asteroid with his sister, caring for her, and eventually escaping with her at age 15, two years into the Human-Covenant war. When he eventually managed to escape to Earth, the UNSC brought the two children under their care in a military orphanage. When they were each of age to join the military, the UNSC forced them into service. Cross, determined to rid the universe of aliens accepted the “assignment” and killed any and all non-humans in his path. He and his sister were the lone survivors of an attack in 2534, where after they were both transcript into the Suicide Squad. Side note: Cross’ tattoos are from the years of service, including the insurrectionist activity, marine record, and past years of being part of the suicide squad. Chain of Command: UNSC - ODST "Suicide Squad" [/SHEET] Corporal Jaclyn Cross [SHEET] Name: Jaclyn Cross Sex: F Age: 27 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Corporal Traits: 5’6” – Short black hair, tattoos, alien hater, like her brother, except younger and shorter, relatively quiet. Weapons: Assault rifle – Two Socoms Back story: Jaclyn was born in 2513, to the same parents of her brother Paul. She learned to act like him and be tough like him, never taking shit from anyone. When the two escaped, Jaclynn enjoyed the short-lived freedom she had until being forced into UNSC service and being separated from her brother. Growing up in a similar fashion, Jaclyn was an adept fighter, and could survive wave after wave of Covenant forces. Her tattoos are similar to her brothers in that most of which came from her past insurrectionist dealings, and past marine record. After the two survived the attack in 2534, and due to their increasing hatred of all alien kind, the UNSC decided to transfer them both to the Suicide squad. Chain of Command: UNSC - ODST "Suicide Squad" [/SHEET] Corporal Josephy McKinley [SHEET] Name: Joseph McKinley Sex: M Age: 23 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Corporal Traits: 5’10” – Strong, great CQC fighter, Lacks common sense Weapons: DMR - Socom Back story: The newest addition to the “Suicide Squad,” “Dirty Joe,” as he is informally called wreaked havoc through his ODST career. Joining at age 17 and leaving Mars behind, Dirty Joe was a ruthless and hated trainee. He was quickly brought up on charges of sexual harassment, assault, and manslaughter during combat exercises (around age 22), Dirty Joe wasn’t forced out, but was simply given a second chance. He’d either be put on death row and be killed, or join the Suicide Squad, being able to kill a few aliens before he went out. Dirty Joe always liked a challenge and immediately accepted the latter, being a young and naïve kid he didn’t know what awaited him in the Suicide Squad. Chain of Command: UNSC - ODST "Suicide Squad" [/SHEET] The Covenant Chieftain Dangerus [SHEET] Name: Dangerus Sex: M Age: 48 Class: Warlord Race: Brute Rank: Chieftain Weapons: Dangerus'_Gravity_Hammer - Dangerus'_Spiker Back story: Dangerus Chain of Command: The Covenant [/SHEET] War Chieftain Furium [SHEET] Name: Furium Sex: M Age: 40 Class: War Chieftain Race: Brute Rank: Chieftain Weapons: Gravity Hammer - Covenant Carbine Backstory: Born in 2500 on Dosaic. Furium was just like any other brute in their adolescence. At age 13, Furium was conscripted into the Covenant military. He finished his training at age 17 in 2517. From there he was placed onto a CAS-class battle cruiser, The Commitment and Harbinger. A ship run exclusively and very surprisingly by brutes, Furium was accepted as that of an equal and an adversary in his career. When the war with the humans broke out in 2525, Furium had already grown to the rank of Ultra. However, with the events of the war, Furium was forced onto an elite-run ship, where things went for a sudden change. Instead of being treated like a respected brute, he was treated as nothing more than a piece of meat. For the next decade, the elites sent him and several other dozen brutes on full-scale assaults against human occupied territory. However, with Furium’s command, most (if not all) of the brutes returned to the ship. This went on for ten years (Furium was promoted by the Prophets twice, reaching the rank of Captain Major), until 2538. After the destruction of Genesis, Furium, growing enraged and highly offended by the elite’s attitude, chose to speak up. He, and the brutes that followed him, spoke to the Elite shipmaster and demanded to be moved to another ship. The elite simply laughed and told the brutes to back down and return to their cages. The comment further enraged Furium as he drew his weapon against the Elite shipmaster. The elite, taking this a sign of aggression, ordered his men to kill the brutes aboard his ship and dispose of the bodies. The elite would deal with the Prophets later. And so, onboard the Elite ship, The Seeker of Sacrifice, brutes and elites exchanged blows on the bridge. Furium, managing to dispatch a few elites attacked the Elite shipmaster. The shipmaster however, did not go down easily, and after hours of fighting, with the loss of every single brute on the ship (the elites outnumbered them 3 to 1), Furium was the only one left standing. He fought elite after elite, yet never gave in. Eventually, Furium was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of elites, and as all the elites wielded energy swords, they slashed at his body. He was hit all over, with one energy sword dealing the final blow. The sword slashed his face, cut his right eye (blinding him), and created a long lasting scar. The elite shipmaster ordered the bodies dumped and they were sent out the airlock. However, Furium awakened before this happened and caught a ride on a phantom heading for another ship. Here, he explained his story to the shipmaster that found him. The shipmaster, smiling at his resolve, sheer destruction of the elites, and survival took him in. That shipmaster was none other than Dangerus. Dangerus reported the incident to the Prophets, and with permission, hunted down the elites who killed Furium’s brethren. The Prophets, enraged by the elite’s disobedience, granted Furium the rank of War Chieftain. Months later, Furium dealt the final blow to the Elite shipmaster that had put his men to death. He had taken his revenge, and has since served under Dangerus as one of his advisors. [/SHEET] The Trust - The Risk-Takers Liam-Z174 [SHEET] Name: Liam-Z174 Sex: M Age: 40 Class: Spartan-II (Class 0) Race: Human Rank: First in command of the RT’s Traits: Commander Helmet – Silver Armor Weapons: DMR – Shotgun Back story: Born 2500 in Phoenix, Arizona on Earth. Liam grew up with no real parents, his mother died during child birth and his father had died in the war earlier that month. The hospital put him up for adoption, and within two weeks a wealthy family took him in. Through the years he grew up, never hearing the stories of his real parents. At six years old, the parents who had adopted him were actually ONI agents, they figured he had the right physical and mental capacities for SPARTAN-Training (Class 0). Since the parents had no real connection to the child, and the child knowing they were not his true parents, they figured this would give him a reason to live. Through training he grew close to all Spartan-II’s and was an all around friendly guy. He led Grey Team which comprised of Savannah-129, Jessica-190, and Desmond-055. Through the years, Liam and Savannah had taken a liking to each other, but knew their responsibilities would lie else where as the war went on. Grey Team was conscripted into the Risk-Taker Project as soon as it was formed. Liam took command of the entire Project in 2539 at 39 years old; three of the members were Spartan-III’s. Chain of Command: The Trust – ONI Section 0 [/SHEET] Savannah-Z149 [SHEET] Name: Savannah-Z129 Sex: F Age: 40 Class: Spartan-II (Class 0) Race: Human Rank: Second in Command of the RT’s Traits: HAZOP - Maroon Weapons: Assault Rifle - Magnum Back story: Born 2500 on Reach, Savannah was abducted at six years old. The night she was abducted, she awoke and didn’t know what was happening. Figuring that her captors were out to kill her she tried to escape the men’s clutches. She grabbed a piece of glass that was from a mirror (which had been destroyed when she was being abducted) and attacked the men. Savannah cut one’s man throat, effectively killing him. She was thrown into shock, and simply gave up. Savannah unable to forget about the man (who would plague her dreams for the next 34 years) vowed her life to him. She made a promise she would do what a Spartan must. She was assigned to Gold Team at six years old; with the three other Spartan-II’s. Desmond’s home was attacked by an ONI fleet and destroyed when he was just six years old. ONI, trying not to kill innocent women and children brought the survivors aboard one of the ships. Coincidentally, the ship was littered with ONI Agents on various missions, some of which were to transcript Spartans. One ONI Agent approached Desmond in the middle of the night, asking where his family had gone. He simply did not know, his family had been missing since he was brought onboard. The Agent, full aware that Desmond’s parents were most likely killed, abducted, or being interrogating, comforted the child. He kept a close eye on him for the next several months, noting that he had excelled features compared to the other children. The Agent offered him as a candidate and they accepted. Desmond became the Insurrectionist fighting Insurrectionists. He became a Spartan. He was part of Gold Team and the RT Project since the start. After the invasion of New Harmony, Lyle had assumed that his entire family was killed, he therefore believes Emma is his only true family member.
