He was born on Arcadia and enlisted for the Navy a soon as he could. When the Covenant attacked, he was secretly enraged he couldn't be there. When the UNSC released the casualty list, he was destroyed that he lost his parents and brother. He spent several years trying to cope with the loss, and to some extent, he has yet to deal with that loss. Reynolds commands a frigate named, "Mind's Attrition". After the deception of his former first officer, Commander Benedict Belle. Reynolds assigned Lt. Commander Lauren Cochraine as his new first officer. After the fall of Reach, which was one of the hardest things she's had to accept. Despite her desire for selfishness, she supressed the pain for the call of duty. Lauren was promoted to Reynolds first officer after the last one turned out to be assisting the Covenant and sabotaging the ship's systems. Some members of the crew believe Lauren got the spot because of her close relationship to Reynolds, however, officially, it is because of his trust in her and her timely way of finishing things that needed to be done. Cochraine has found it to be a tough role, but she is confident she will make Reynolds proud outside of their relationship. Cochraine has often times consulted Reynolds for both personal advice and professional. She especially seeks him out on her issues with non-terrestrial species with her fear and hatred towards them.[/sheet] Major Vhat' Komataree [Sheet]Name: Vaht 'Komtaree Sex: Male Age: 35 Class: Military Race: Sangheili Rank: Major Traits: Proud of his accomplishments and the Sangheili, tactical thinking, suspicious of other species, loyal to his comrades, has aggressive tendencies Weapons: Energy Sword (primary), Plasma Rifle Chain of Command: Covenant Backstory: Vhat' was born into a noble family status. Upon his young childhood he began his training into the military. Growing up, he heard the stories of a Zealot whom he admired. He decided that he will become someone of equal or greater importance. When he came of age, Rha' was enlisted into the military. From there on, he fought like any Sangheili would, for the better of the Covenant and the Prophets. Vhat has, in his life, come to distrust most other races. He has especially grown intolerant to the Brutes. He finds them too savage, and with that opinion, he maintains the same idea with even his fellow Sangheili. While serving the Prophets, he has come to trust in them, despite what others have said. His idol serves the Prophets, and he feels that it is one of the most honorable things any Sangheili can do. His opinion on Humans and other races of the former Covenant is in a mixed middle ground. While he does not trust any of them, he would be willing to fight alongside them. He has high admiration for the Humans as an enemy and even more so, for their Spartans. He feels they are the best warriors Humanity has and that they can create a "perfect Human race", a dream he has thought up multiple times. If he had to trust anyone outside of the typical Elite, it would be a Spartan. Because of his ideology change, he prefers being methodical with his fighting. He commands space combat by relying on his sensors and other's observations. Although he prefers this, he is able to compensate his tactics if he needed to actually look out a window, but his effectiveness is lowered. Because of him being methodical, he generally keeps the same focus on ground combat. During the waning years, while this ideology was in development, he prefered taking a stealth approach. He kept his troops in silence until the enemy noticed and started finding out about them. From there, he would command them with all of his might, but still being quick and merciless. While fighting a Spartan, they clashed energy swords. The engagement took roughly half an hour and he nearly lost the fight. From how he describes it, "the Blood of my Brothers and Sisters sparked and I found myself with a new surge of power and energy. Although the energy sword scortched my armor, I managed to push the Spartan and all of the weight of his armor off of me with mighty strength. The fight continued for many more minutes with me eventually slaying my greatest adversary and greatest friend in combat, and in the most honorable way I could." Vhat calls the Spartan his friend because of how true and how honorable the Spartan fought "he should have been Sangheili." Or so that is what Vhat thinks. It was from that point that he gained a lot of respect for Humanity's Spartans of Old and would be willing to fight with or alongside any day. He keeps the gash to remind him and other Sangheili of his fighting skill and to help maintain the fallen Spartan's armor. Vhat, despite the "typical" Sangheili, his methodical thinking has allowed him to proceed into a unique way with R&D. He feels the technology is just as important as the honor and fighting. He knows that his enemies won't stop advancing their research and technology, and neither should he or his fellow Elites.[/sheet] ODST Fireteam Harmony Richard Axlon [sheet]Name: Richard "Geek" Axlon Sex: Male Age: 30 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Corporal Traits: A tech genius, he is highly adaptable to new tech and is capable of hacking into other systems, regardless of how foreign it may seem. He takes pride on being the geek of the group. Weapons: XBR55 Battle Rifle, M6C SOCOM Back story: Axlon, born on Mars, is a computer tech savant. He loves how they work and he felt that he needed to make a difference. He likes to jot down new ideas for different equipment and weapons. He earned his nickname for how saavy he is with his skill set. Chain of Command: UNSC [/sheet] Jessica Arman [sheet]Name: Jessica "Boss Lady" Arman Sex: Female Age: 38 Class: ODST Race: Human Rank: Master Sergeant Traits: Cold and serious, she tolerates the relaxed feel of her squad, however, she is a veteran of the war and carries her scars from it. Weapons: M45 Shotgun, Dual M7 SMGs Back story: The team leader. She has paid her dues and commands through authority. Although she doesn't use the nicknames like her fellow squadmates, she won't stop them from using them. She is highly observant of her fellow squadmates and knows that allowing them to use them keeps their morale up, in turn, increasing team efficiency. She is a skillful shot and good at thinking outside of the metaphorical box. Weapons: MA3 Assault Rifle, M6C SOCOM Back story: Agate was born on Earth and is the newest to Fireteam Harmony. She ripe from the academy and because of that, is unsure how far she can go with her ideas and suggestions with other squad members, despite how encouraging they are towards her. She is also very timid and fearful about her team leader and her serious demeanor. If it goes boom or makes alien blood splatter everywhere, he's happy. Both and he's "can die happy". Weapons: Sniper Rifle, DMR Back story: Sierra is one of the more 'weird' people in the squad. He is the second in command of the squad and the skillful sniper of the group. He prefers being silent, and when he does speak, he often poses philisophical questions. Although his squad calls him weird, they owe it to him for saving their lives more than once. He enjoys reading in his off time, and his favorite book is Huck Finn, by Mark Twain. Although not exactly personal, he does have a distinct, shared, hatred for Fireteam Harmony. He is the most lethal member of Hammer Team and bears a lot of hate towards his opposition, sometimes, for now reason. He is loyal to the Trust and Spender and enjoys the rivalry between Spartans, both in and out of his team. She was requested to be assigned to Hammer Team by Chaplin after he took control. She is considered the second-in-command to Hammer Team and the most proficient, light-feet CQC fighter on the team. She is also the only other member of Hammer Team to not use a Hammer, instead preferring an Elite's energy sword to remain fast and nimble. She is also the team's medic and has the authority to override Thor's orders when supported by the rest of the team. After killing or battles, she often says a silent prayer for those who died, believing that no one deserves unhappiness in the afterlife. She doesn't believe in idols or deities, but she does feel that there's more to live than just life and that the story continues. Hel is considered the sniper on the team. Although proficient, she is the least effective at using a gravity hammer. He values honor and glory in battle and holds to the idea that the bigger and better the opponents he defeats, the more prestigious he, and his allies, become. Ullr is also the technical minded member of Hammer. While new to the team, he is highly adaptable, willing and able to modify, hack, destroy, or merely snoop into various electronics and databases to get a job done. [/SHEET]
