Meanwhile:
Skinner left the labs, and left his scientists to work. He proceeded to walk to his private room to be alone with his thoughts. He needed to think. He needed to know how to deal with The Legiln, and how to deal with The Brotherhood. These two powerful factions would soon be going head to head, and Skinner needed a plan of action.
Skinner entered his room, and aplroached an Enclave terminal that wss sitting on a desk. He turned his on, and began to view a map of The Capital Wasteland. The map contained infotmation on Enclave, Legion, and to a limited extent, Brotherhood movement. Skinner lookdd at all three factions, and began to formulate ideas.
Skinner: The Legion and Brotherhood seem to keep their distance, but The Legion is spreading out quickly. It will not be long before they start crossing paths. However, this will not happen soon enough. I need to accelerate this conflict. I may need to push Caeser II to accelerate their advance. On the other hand...The Brotherhood could use a bit of motivation to engage The Legion. Both options are good...but which is best?
