Eventually the Enclave vertibirds carrying Caesar II and Skinner arrived near the outskirts of the DC area. They set down a few hundred meters away, in a small clearing with enough room to board.
Caesar II spoke to his soldiers.
Caesar II: Scouts...lure a patrol back to us...four soldiers max. The rest of you prepare an ambush.
The two scouts nodded and ran off together.
Caesar II walked over to Skinner's vertibird.
Caesar II: Care to join us gentlemen? I believe the Brotherhood are on their way.
