Skinner: This place you speak of is called The Jefferson Memorial. This is one of the largest rallying points for The Brotherhood. It is this singular location that has provided The Brotherhood with their much needed PR and favoritism in this region. Any attack on this location would not be advisable...and I would not allow it. It is better that we leave this location intact. Whoever controls The memorial...controls the people...and in turn...controls the future of this region.
