Lt. Colonel Walter Skinner
[SHEET]Name: Walter Skinner
Affiliation: Enclave
Rank: Lt. Colonel
Physical Description: 6'2' 200 lbs. Black hair. Caucasian. Fit build.
Age: 41
Weapon: Plasma Pistol
Attire: Black Trench coat, sunglasses, black Military cap.
Background: A recent addition to the Enclave ranks in comparion to the many years the Enclave had existed, Walter Skinner quickly climbed in rank due to his zealous pursuit of the Brotherhood of Steele. Known for his ruthless style of command, his ridged belief in the ideals of The Enclave, and his uncanny foresight, Skinner was widely regarded as a brilliant tactician inside of The Enclave, and a ruthless, toltarian, executioner outside of The Enclave. His highly intimidating attire, combined with his cold and monotone personality, and indomitable will, are among some of his greatest assets. He is rarely known to draw his firearm, but when he does, he is highly proficient and deadly, proving to have an impeccable aim. He prefers to liquify his enemies using his plasma pistol, as opposed to simply shooting them dead. Skinner is a very direct and to-the-point man. He will waste as little time as humanly possible, and seek to accomplish his goals as expediently as possible. In recent years, after watching The Enclave be pushed to near annihilation, Skinner has become far more illusive, and far more devious in his planning. His only goal for the immediate future is the survival of The Enclave by any means necessary. He is prepared to do whatever is necessary to ensure that everything he values and everything he has fought for does not die in vain, only to be forgotten.
Currently, Skinner is very indifferent about The Enclave and The Legion working together. He does not see it as The Enclave being subservient, but rather, The Enclave using The Legion to once again climb back to power. Skinner will admit there have been some very distinct advantages to working with The Legion, but he would rather see The Enclave as its own autonomous entity, than as a diminished power under someone's protection. Skinner is very careful about letting such beliefs slip into public knowledge.

Elder Brent Xanatos
[SHEET]Name: Brent Xanatos
Affiliation: Brotherhood of Steel East
Rank: Elder
Physical Description: 6'1", 180 lbs, silver-grey hair, fit build
Age: 49
Weapon: Pre-War .50 Caliber Golden Desert Eagle, Circa 2020, Limited Edition Model.
Attire: Brotherhood of Steel Elder robes
Background: Brent was born in 2230 and has been a member of The Brotherhood of Steel for his entire life, or at least as far as he can remember. He has no idea who his parents were, but he has never expressed any interest in knowing who they were. In his earlier days, Brent had trained as a Knight in the Brotherhood, but as he trained, and as he worked, he was noted for having an an exceptional mindset for combat. No matter what he was faced with, no matter what kind of enemy, whether it be human, something that used to be human, or something much more feral, Brent was resilient enough to always come out on top.
In 2254, Brent was dispatched with a contingent of Brotherhood of Steel members to search The Capital Wasteland, and to investigate reports of Super Mutant activity. This was an assignment Brent was very enthusiastic about. The chance to see a new part of the world was something that he had always wanted to do. Brent had always expressed interest in expanding his horizons.
When The Brotherhood of Steel has split, resulting in the creation of The Outcasts, Brent was exceedingly tempted to join them, as he staunchly believed in the original goal of The Brotherhood of Steel, which was the acquisition of technology. The notion of wasting his days in the protection of the "people" in the Capital Wasteland was not appealing to him. However, he ultimately decided to stay with The Brotherhood in the hopes that sooner or later, Elder Lyons would either come to his senses...or be replaced by someone who did have common sense.
Brent continued to rise in the ranks, eventually reaching the rank of Senior Paladin by 2278 for his exception battle field performance against Super Mutants, The Enclave, and his favorite targets, Wastelander fiends and violent jet addicts.
In was in 2278 that Brent had found, what is now known as his most precious possesion, his Gold Plated Desert Eagle. Brent had found this weapon locked in air-tight sealed safe in the DC Ruins, buried under a massive amount of debris that had been cleared away by a missile that had missed its intended target; a Super Mutant Master. The safe also contained several boxes of custom made ammunition, as well as a pre-war book that contained information on the weapon, including why it was created, who it originally belonged to, and instructions on how to use it. It is because of this weapon that Brent spends his spare time trying to figure out how to recreate the ammunition used by this weapon. As of 2279, he has made considerable progress on this project.
With Elder Lyons' death from natural causes in early 2279, as well as the death of Sentinel Lyons' and her entire squad shortly afterwards as a result of cross fire between Enclave Soldiers engaging a group of Super Mutants, Brent was forced to take the position of Elder to lead The Brotherhood of Steel. While he tries to continue the vision of Elder Lyons by helping the people of the Wasteland, with each passing day, he finds himself becoming more and more cynical. Under his stewardship, The Brotherhood of Steel has slowly started to focus more on technology, and less on protecting the people.
