It serves as the personal weapon of Agent Grim. As opposed to the standard 99D-S2 Sniper Rifle, Grim's Sniper Rifle is capable of much harder bullet impacts. Additionally, the recoil is dampened using a form of gravity technology called recoil dampners. This is a unique gun, meaning there is only one of this gun in existence. Despite appearence, this gun was not the template used on the 99D-S2 Sniper Rifle - ONI Variant, but the technical limitations of the Grim's Sniper Rifle surpasses the aforementioned ONI Variant's limitations. The weapon sports the standard look of the 99D-S2 Sniper Rifle, but has an emerald green finish. The weapon itself can break an Elite Major's shields in a single shot due to the use of heavier rounds. The recoil dampners on the weapon reduce recoil by up to 50% thus allowing this weapon to be fired off in rapid succession, but most true marksmans use this weapon sparingly, and precisely, as conservation is key due to the limitation of ammo. The weapon fires single shot at velocities capable of penetrating up to 6 human targets. It is mounted with an Nightvision, Infared, and heat sensor scope capable of 5x, 10x, 20x, and 50x zoom.
