Ok, so when you say PC, I am going to assume this is a desktop, and not a laptop. The pictures you attached are very small...and it is very hard to see. If you could re-upload those onto photobucket or something, that would be great. However, I am going to guess 1 of 2 things. 1. Missing display drivers 2. Insufficient hardware if you are missing drivers, this stuff can be downloaded from the internet. The trick is knowing what type of card you have. If it is a matter of weak hardware, then your only option is to upgrade your hardware.
