[Millennial Antagonist]

Well I was again hooked on this game of great standards, there's a slight problem in which I hope you guys can help me out here. I am now in the third planet that you have to look for. I used all of my electric ring power and now I can't defrost the room to retrieve the ID card from the dead body, so I can't do anything. Can someone tell me an alternate way of doing this without restarting the game from the second planet since it takes hours to beat it. I would appreciate if you did :D
