Chief Operative Dancar, born in 2501, is the head of the Obsidian Hierarchy and son of Chieftain Delta. Chief Operative Dancar oversees all operations carried out by the Obsidian Hierarchy and ensures that all resources are properly deligated. His personal responsibility is the protection of the Chieftain of the Brutes, which mandates his consistant pressence around the Chieftain. Chief Operative Dancar spends most of his time on the Cloak and Dagger, as this is where Delta spends most of his time. Chief Operative Dancar is highly skilled in all forms of combat and highly trained in CQC and weapon use of all types. He is partial to Dual Maulers and Dual Spikers.

Early Life

Dancar was born in the year 2501, on Doisac, fathered by the now Chieftain Delta. He was the first born of his siblings. Dancar, during his youth, had a very close relationship to his father, idolizing him like a hero. Much like his father, he was sent to military trainings when he became an adolescent. During the formative years of his childhood, Dancar proved to be highly intelligent and resourceful, much more then the average Brute. Dancar also proved to be a very effective soldier, capable of formulating highly complex plans to solve difficult scenarios. He was also very adept at stealth, managing to evade a simulated special operations team for over 9 days before being found. This did not go unnoticed. The Covenant saw great potential in Dancar to be a Special Operations soldier, but the Obsidian Hierarchy also took an interest, managing to beat the Covenant to the punch, offering Dancar a position in their very elusive organization. Dancar naturally accepted the offer from the Obsidian Hierarchy. He spent the next 7 years in intensive training for this position. By 2521, Dancar was now a full member of the Obsidian Hierarchy, assigned to special operations aboard his father's ship - The Devotion.
