It serves as an antivehicle weapon for both the Brutes and the Elites. Against infantry, the lethality of the Plasma Launcher is extreme. The Plasma launcher fires out a heatseaking variant of the plasma grenade, that locks onto and tracks a vehicle or infantry soldier and sticks to said target. The explosion is always fatal. Brute Variant The Brute variant utilizes a red plasma system and is directed more towards a semi-automatic function. THis version does not charge up to fire 4 round bursts, but instead is capable of a semi-automatic firing sequence instead of a chargte one. Elite Variant The Elite variant utilizes a blue plasma system and is directed more to a charging cycle. THe ELite variant can be charged and up to 4 plasma bombs can be fired at once.
