It serves as an excellent long range sniper weapon. The Carbine has an effective range of about 4800 feet making it a medium to long range weapon. This weapon is standard issue for all sniper forces in the Elite and Brute Military. It is a very light and study weapon with very little recoil. However, the Beam Rifle has one observable disadvantages in combat.
