Generally speaking, Anti-Matter bombs can be configured to release any percentage of energy within a 1% margin of error. This is one advantage Covenant warheads have over ONI warheads. Anti-Matter is very dangerous, and any mishandling of this bomb could result in a full on, uncontrolled explosion, which would be very fatal.
