Spartan III Team: Risk-Takers
Details: Spartan III project that began 16 years ago when Nighthawk and Anaconda first appeared. They chose the most-higly trained, smartest, and fiercest of the Spartan III group. Out of 50 participants, they chose seven. Creating the first ever project declared by anybody to assasinate/kill the Top 2 Wanted ONI Terrorists: Nighthawk and Anaconda.
