An upgrade to the standard M274 Mongoose, the M274 Mongoose - ONI Variant sport a similar design but better performance from the drive systems. The Hull of the M274 Mongoose - ONI Variant is composed of multi-layered reinforced titanium alloy, supplemented with a heat dispersing outer coating to reduce plasma damage. The windows are composed a a damage resistant transparent metal that is highly resilliant to cracking or shattering. The M274 Mongoose - ONI Variant is not capable of hauling equipment as it does not have the torque or the horsepower to do so. The drive systems on the M274 Mongoose - ONI Variant have been upgraded to allow for speeds up to 130 miles per hour.
