However, when we got back to our base encampment, we had Found that Delta had gone missing. It was revealed that he stole a piece of technology from the other Brutes that managed to send him back to Earth. I was trapped there, alone, with a whole populace of brutes. It sent chills down my spine...the sheer terror was enough to break anyone. Sometime we were lucky. Sometimes someone would survive the night. They would be missing all their limbs. We did the only thing we could do. We left them outside to be eaten the following night. Sometimes, other brutes would commit suicide. They would shoot themselves in the head. Many nights I considered doing it.
